You’ve got places to go. You have to drop off the kids at school and run to the post office all before you head to work. You certainly don’t have time to stop at the pump in between, which is why the Wagoneer delivers an EPA-estimated 16 city/22 highway MPG rating.

The Cadillac Escalade, on the other hand, produces an EPA-estimated 14 city/19 highway MPG rating, which is impressive considering its grand size; however, it pales in comparison to the Wagoneer’s performance.

In It for the Long Haul

When it is time to stop at the pump, you’ll be able to hold more fuel in the Wagoneer thanks to its 26.5-gallon fuel tank capacity. While the Escalade comes right behind with a 24-gallon fuel tank, the additional two gallons in the Wagoneer will help you stay on course with fewer pit stops in between.

Need Some Space?

The front of each SUV provides comparable headroom and legroom, but the Wagoneer has a decided advantage in other areas. In the front, the Wagoneer has 63.4 inches of hip room and 66.1 inches of shoulder room. The Escalade only offers 61.7 inches of front hip room and 65.5 inches of shoulder room.

The Wagoneer also holds an advantage across the board in the second row.

Settle Into Your Sweet Spot

After a long day at work, you can relieve pressure in either the Wagoneer or the Cadillac. Both models have standard heated front seats to melt away any knots in your back. Plus, both of their driver’s seats are power adjustable; however, the Wagoneer’s seat can be moved in 12 ways while the Cadillac’s can be adjusted in eight.

The Wagoneer also adds standard ventilated front seats; so, you can enjoy a chilled seat and driving experience during warmer weather. This seating amenity is available with an upgrade on the Escalade.
